AlfaTradersHub is built as a professional education and community platform. Our goal is to create a respectful environment where members can learn, collaborate, ask questions, discuss market concepts, and share ideas responsibly.
By using AlfaTradersHub community features, users agree to follow this Code of Conduct.
1. Be Respectful
Treat other members with professionalism and respect. Disagreements are allowed, but harassment, insults, threats, discrimination, intimidation, personal attacks, or abusive behavior are not allowed.
2. Keep Discussions Educational
AlfaTradersHub is intended for education, discussion, and community learning. Content should be shared for informational and educational purposes, not to pressure others into trades, investments, products, services, or financial decisions.
3. No Personalized Financial Advice
Users may share general market education, personal observations, and educational opinions, but users may not present themselves as providing personalized investment advice, financial advice, or trading instructions to other members unless properly authorized to do so under applicable law.
4. No Misleading Claims
Do not post false, exaggerated, or misleading statements about trading results, income, investment returns, performance, account growth, signals, strategies, products, services, or opportunities. Do not imply guaranteed results or risk-free trading.
5. No Market Manipulation or Illegal Activity
Users may not use AlfaTradersHub to coordinate market manipulation, pump-and-dump activity, insider trading, fraudulent schemes, unauthorized solicitations, illegal promotions, or any activity that violates applicable law or regulation.
6. No Spam or Unauthorized Promotion
Do not spam the community, repeatedly post promotional content, solicit users without permission, post affiliate links without approval, promote outside groups, sell signals, promote investment schemes, or use the platform primarily for advertising.
7. Respect Privacy and Confidentiality
Do not share another person’s private information, confidential information, account information, personal data, screenshots, messages, or identifying details without permission. Do not request passwords, private keys, wallet seed phrases, or sensitive financial information.
8. Use Appropriate Content
Do not post unlawful, obscene, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content. Do not upload malware, harmful files, or content designed to disrupt the platform.
9. Be Transparent
If you have a financial interest, affiliate relationship, commercial relationship, or conflict of interest related to something you discuss or promote, you must disclose it clearly where appropriate.
10. Moderation
AlfaTradersHub may review, remove, edit, restrict, or moderate content and accounts at its discretion. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
11. Reporting
Members are encouraged to report content or behavior that may violate this Code of Conduct. Reports may be reviewed by the AlfaTradersHub team, but we do not guarantee a specific outcome.
12. Our Standard
The standard is simple: contribute in a way that supports learning, transparency, discipline, and respect. If content or behavior undermines the educational and community purpose of AlfaTradersHub, it may be removed.
