This User-Submitted Content Policy applies to content submitted, posted, uploaded, shared, messaged, displayed, or otherwise made available by users on AlfaTradersHub.com, including posts, comments, forums, groups, messages, profiles, files, images, links, trading ideas, educational notes, and other community contributions.
1. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the content they submit. By submitting content, users represent that they have the necessary rights to share it and that the content does not violate any law, regulation, third-party rights, platform policy, or agreement.
2. Educational Purpose
User-submitted content should support the educational and community purpose of AlfaTradersHub. Users may share general market observations, educational ideas, questions, analysis, and discussion, but content must not be presented as personalized investment advice, financial advice, or a guaranteed trading method.
3. Prohibited Content
Users may not submit content that:
– contains false, misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated performance claims;
– promises profits, income, returns, or trading success;
– promotes scams, fraud, unauthorized investment opportunities, or illegal activity;
– provides unauthorized personalized investment advice or financial advice;
– infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
– contains confidential information, private information, passwords, private keys, wallet seed phrases, or sensitive financial data;
– includes harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, defamation, or abusive conduct;
– contains malware, harmful code, phishing links, or attempts to compromise platform security;
– promotes spam, unauthorized advertising, paid signals, affiliate offers, or outside groups without approval.
4. License to Use Submitted Content
By submitting content to AlfaTradersHub, users grant AlfaTradersHub and the Alfa Trading Group ecosystem a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, publish, distribute, moderate, edit, adapt, and use the content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the platform.
Users retain ownership of their original content, subject to the license granted above and any rights held by third parties.
5. Moderation and Removal
AlfaTradersHub may review, moderate, edit, remove, restrict, or disable access to user-submitted content at any time and for any reason, including if we believe the content violates this policy, creates risk, harms the community, or is inconsistent with the platform’s educational purpose.
We are not obligated to monitor all content and do not endorse user-submitted content.
6. No Reliance on User Content
User-submitted content reflects the views of the individual user and not necessarily the views of AlfaTradersHub, Alfa Trading Group USA, Alfa Trading Group Ltd., or any affiliate. Users should not rely on community content as investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content on AlfaTradersHub infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the content and explain the claimed infringement.
8. Repeat or Serious Violations
Users who repeatedly violate this policy or submit content that creates legal, security, compliance, or community risk may have their access restricted, suspended, or terminated.
