This Return and Refund Policy applies to paid memberships, subscriptions, and eligible services purchased through AlfaTradersHub.com.
AlfaTradersHub is an educational and community platform. Membership purchases provide access to digital content, community features, educational resources, tools, and platform functionality. Because these are digital services, refund eligibility is limited as described below.
1. Payment Processing
Purchases made through AlfaTradersHub may be processed by Alfa Trading Group USA, the U.S. operating entity for eligible services within the Alfa Trading Group ecosystem, including payment processing where applicable. The merchant or payment recipient may appear as Alfa Trading Group or Alfa Trading Group USA.
2. Refund Window
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, new paid membership purchases may be eligible for a refund if the request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date and the account has not materially used paid membership features, downloaded restricted materials, accessed premium resources in a substantial manner, or otherwise received significant digital value from the paid membership.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
– membership fees after the refund window has expired;
– memberships that have been materially used;
– renewal charges after seven (7) calendar days from the renewal date;
– promotional, discounted, trial, or early-bird offers marked as final or non-refundable at checkout;
– services already delivered or substantially accessed;
– accounts suspended or terminated for violation of the Terms of Service, Code of Conduct, or platform policies.
4. Renewals and Cancellations
Users may cancel future renewal where subscription management is available. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid. If a renewal charge occurred and the user did not intend to renew, the user may request review within seven (7) calendar days of the renewal date.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support@alfatrading.com with:
– full name;
– account email;
– purchase date;
– membership plan purchased;
– payment method or transaction reference, if available;
– reason for the refund request.
We may request additional information to verify the account and transaction.
6. Review and Processing
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed. If approved, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method or through the applicable payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, blockchain network, or other third-party systems.
7. Crypto or Digital Asset Payments
If a payment is made using cryptocurrency, stablecoins, or digital assets, refunds may be subject to network fees, exchange-rate changes, blockchain confirmation times, payment processor limitations, and wallet compatibility. If a refund is approved, the refund amount may be calculated based on the original transaction value received by AlfaTradersHub or Alfa Trading Group USA, less any non-recoverable third-party fees where applicable.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts associated with unresolved payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud concerns, or policy violations.
9. Soft Launch Period
During any limited-access soft launch, features, content, and functionality may continue to evolve. Soft launch access is provided for testing, feedback, and platform improvement. Refund requests during the soft launch period will be reviewed under this policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
